2021 Interstate Baseball Tryouts
2021 Interstate Baseball tryouts will be held at Dutchess Stadium Monday September 28th.
Each player will be run through a pro style workout testing the following,

Speed and Strength - (This portion of the tryout will be performed by the Athletes Warehouse Staff)

Fielding – (Outfield Fielding and Arm Velocities, Infield Fielding and Arm Velocities)

Batting – (Live BP on the field and Exit Velocities)

Pitchers and Catchers (Pitchers will throw 15-20 pitch bullpens and Catchers will be have timed Pop times)
Dutchess Stadium - 14u eligible players and below 5:15pm-7:00pm. 15u eligible players and above 7:15pm-9:30pm
The cost for the tryout is $20 which must be paid online on our Tryout Payment Page. You must also fill out the updated registration below.
